Our Team

Florence Musasiwa has for many years been researching the effects of functional, lifestyle and anti-ageing medicine both for the prevention and treatment of chronic illnesses. This may include what and how we eat, our stress response pattern, level of exercise and how much love and social support we give and receive.

Florence is a dynamic Functional, Lifestyle & Anti-ageing medicine Consultant with a unique combination of skills, qualifications and experience including an MMEDSCI Human Nutrition from University of Sheffield, MSc in Nursing (RGN) from King’s College London, BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy from University of West London and a BSc (Hons) Herbal Medicine from Middlesex University.  Florence is an NMC Registered General Nurse (RGN) and an experienced Aesthetic Medical Practitioner.  As a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), Florence is bound by the BANT Code of Professional Practice.

We at Aquatic Natura Medica believe that one’s outlook and well-being is a direct reflection of their lifestyle and diet, and that, healthy eating should be a pleasure. Therefore, we focus more on adding to the clients’ repertoire rather than just taking foods out. Also, having spent fifteen years in the corporate world, Florence relates well to the challenges that people face when trying to implement dietary changes into their busy lifestyles. Therefore, her approach as a Functional, Lifestyle and Anti-ageing medicine consultant is practical and supportive. She ensures that her recommendations fit well with clients’ budgets, dietary preferences, and lifestyles.  She also provides practical tips such as shopping lists, recipes, and sample meal plans to help her clients incorporate recommendations into their lives.
