After years of trying various diets, many clients come to us for weight management advice.  Some of the so called 'diets' have worked for a short period of time but few have delivered long-lasting results.

We work with our clients to promote sustainable weight management through lifestyle and dietary changes.  Our clients often report improvements in energy, sleep, skin, digestion and mood as a result of our recommended programmes which focus more on  lifestyle and dietary change.

We offer two different weight loss programmes.  The first is an 8-week bespoke programme with individual support.  The second is a 6 week group online programme.

The bespoke programme aims to develop a long-term diet, activity and lifestyle plan that is bespoke to your individual need.  Our aim is to identify and address any barriers to achieving your goals.  These barriers are not always as simple as overeating.  There is often a combination of factors at play, which vary with and are unique to each individual.  I will work closely with you to develop your own personalised weight management programme.

The programme will take place over 8 weeks and will include initial and follow-up consultations and on-going email support.  You will also receive the tools you need to implement our recommendations (menu-plans, recipes, shopping lists etc) as well as one-to-one support throughout your programme.  Client support is something we pride ourselves on and this is evident in our client feedback and testimonials.


What to expect from an 8-Week Weight Management Programme

  • A 50 minute consultation at my clinics in London and Sheffield/Rotherham, or remotely (video call).
  • 3 x 30 minute follow-up consultations via telephone or video call where your food diary and goals will be reviewed.
  • a written report outlining your goals and recommendations.
  • Email support between sessions.
  • A meal plan tailored to your requirements, taking into account your dietary preferences (e.g. vegetarian or food allergies).
  • Quick, easy and tasty recipes.
  • A shopping list.
  • Advice on eating around exercise (if applicable).
  • Recommendations for eating out.
  • Monitoring sheets to track progress.
